Situated only 8 minutes off Rt. 5, this retreat is quite accessible (4-wheel drive necessary during wintertime snows.
THE SPACE
From the Flowers in the spring to the cool breezes in summer, The Exhilaration of the Fall air and the fairy tale setting of a winter snowfall, this place offers an experience to be remembered for a lifetime in any season. Wildlife roam the hills on and surrounding the property with mule deer, elk, wild hogs, turkey, quail, and more! The Spring Flowers are absolutely Heavenly! Oh and did I mention the Stunning Sunrises/Sunsets? This will not just be a convenient place to stay the night, it is a unique life experience. The Dromedary Cabin has a roomy open floor plan, closet and full bathroom are their own rooms.
GUEST ACCESS
The Dromedary cabin has an open floor plan with the kitchen, dining, bedroom, and sitting area, queen futon (2nd & 3rd sleeping arrangement) and armless sleeper sofa all in one open space. The bathroom and closet are separate rooms with a doors.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Since we are at high altitudes and in the mountains we always have a nice breeze that flows through the cabin making your stay very pleasant even on the warmer days in the middle of summer. There is air conditioning as well. This is a working ranch with the normal activities of a ranch along with other guest cabins on the ranch as well. Privacy has been thoughtfully built into each cabin setting.
